This may be a long shot, but have you had any mention of a Sophia Zachaw who married Friederick Grube in what our family believes is Lauenberg, Germany (on the Elbe River). They came over to WI around 1830's or 40's (as the family farm was homesteaded in the 1860's). Any information or references you may have come across would be very useful. We can't seem to trace our history past Sophia or Friederick.
