As far as I know they were Minnesota, Breckenridge. This is on the west side up towards Fargo, North Dakota along the Red River. Its possible this branch came from North Dakota or Wisconsin but my information on the Zachows is scant. My mother's mother married Lake Headley in Breckenridge. He was an engineer with the Great Northern and became a representative in the Minnesota House. My mother, Gretchen Headley, was an only child.
