Looking for Sarah Esther Fights Yancey Stewart. Sarah Esther Fights was born 1848, where? married John Stewart 3 Sept. 1896 Lived in Atoka, Atoka Co., Okla. Died in 1921, buried Westview (City) Cemetary in Atoka. Mrs James Wade signed the death Certificate. John Stewart died 1915, also buried Westview (city) Cem.
John and Esther did not have issue. John Stewart and Nancy Jane Henry Stewart had 4 children. Esther (b) 1859-La., John B. (b) 1861-La, Ida Luvenia (b) 1863-La. Sallie (b) 1874-Red River County, Texas. All buried around Ada, Ponotoc Co., Okla. Esther Stewart married "Coy" "Goodson" "Brinkley" "Francis" and Allen. Had children; John J. Goodson, Robt. B. Brinkley, Ellen Verde Brinkley and Henry Francis. No issue with Coy or Allen. Ida married Issac Jefferson Bailey in Gainesville in 1882. They had two children: Tobias Jefferson and Viola Mae. John B. married Sarah Ida King in Catahoula Parish, La in 1895 and had several Children, three of them were: John D., Stella Mae and George Elliot. Sallie married James Chambers Sturdivant and had one child: Claude Osa Sturdivant.
