William Yance death certificate 1901

I was doing research at the Citizen's Library in Washington PA and came across a death certificate from the Board of Health of South Washington PA. I had to make a copy of it and post the info here because if someone is looking for this person, they may never have know where to look. The info on the certificate is as follows: Wm Yance, died at Washington Hospital on March 5, 1901. Male, black. Cause of death: fractured skull and internal injuries, interment at the County Home on March 10. Remarks: was found on a box car on B & O RR near West Alexander. Don't know where from or belongs.
I am not related but am hoping this helps someone.
