Looking to discover the linage of Henry B A Yancey born 23 Sep 1923 PA-4 May 2002 Rochester,Strafford,NH.
His marriage certificate to my mother(deceased)says his father was William Yancey born PA and Dorothy May Simond born PA.
Henry's family lived in Philadelphia,PA and were African American's.
He was an amazing individual and I concider it a great honor to attempt to discover my stepfather's heritage.He was the only grandfather my sons ever had so I'd like to share his roots with them as well.
Any help you might give will be much appreciated!
