Can anyone shed some light on the Sion Sanders (Saunders) who is listed as a son of Jesse and Ann Yancey Saunders? I have seen his listed as both John and Sion, but am hoping someone out there can help us out. This Sion, born 1771 and died 1836, married to Mary Polly Tubb, seem to be a little hard to find. Many researchers have his father as a William Sanders and Sarah Ragan. This is impossible because of the birth dates. My information shows William (married to Sarah Ragan)as Sion's brother, with their parents as Jesse and Ann.
