there were three sons of Theophilus Yale (great3-grandson of Thomas and Anne (Lloyd) Yale), who were in Quebec in the early 1800's.

Miles Yale who had children in Verchères, Montréal and Saint-Andrews . He died in Louiseville in 1868.

Theophilus who had children in Saint-Andrews and a location given in "Yale Genalogy and History of Wales" as LaChntle (I have no idea what this is supposed to be, as I can find no location close to this name anywhere is Quebec). He died in Kingsey.

Lastly, Andrew Yale lived in Montréal, and had children as well.

There is a good chance you are descended from one of these Yale ancestors.

I can probably get some more info if you would like.

Hope this is of some help.
