I have seen this posting on the forum, having just joined. [By coincidence my husband's name is Paul Bailey, spooky, huh!]
My husband's maternal family has a Win[d]mill line who originate in Ivinghoe in Bucks, so your Elizabeth could be one of them. I have:
Thomas Windmill born 1780 Ivinghoe Buck married in Potsgrove 17.5.1802 Elizabeth Wright Tame born 1785 Potsgrove. From then on the Win[d]mills in our family line live in Potsgrove/Leighton Buzzard/Woburn areas of Bedfordshire.
The information on Thomas' birthplace comes from the 1851 census. The IGI has information on this birth from parish records in Ivinghoe and it shows the parents of Thomas as being Anne and John. I can't find any info on this marriage - if ever you come across any I would be most grateful as the line stops there for me!
