I'm looking for the parents of William Thompson born ca 1797/98. Census information shows he was either born in VA or KY. He was in KY at some point, left and showed up in Putnam Co., IN where he married Susannah Gough, widow of Jesse Fall, in 1830. His middle initial was either M or H.
I'm wondering if he could belong to the Waddy/Thompson group. Can anyone help me with this?
