I can't help you with your Waddell "Cousins", i.e., descendants of Edmund Waddell, but since they were in VA I wondered if they might connect with my husband's family. The Waddell line I am most interested in descends from EDWARD WADDELL b. ca 1760?? He died in Johnston Co., NC, and his will there was dated 20 APR 1812; Nov Ct. 1812. His wife's name was Polly. I do not know where they came from, but their many descendants still live in Wilson, Wayne, and Johnston Counties, North Carolina.
