William R Waddell - born abt 1844 in Missouri

I am looking for info on William R. Waddell who was born about 1844 in Missouri. He married Katherine L. Engl-- (I'm not quite sure on her last name). She was born about 1853 in Illinois or Pennsylvania. The 1880 census lists his father being born in Ireland, and his mother in France. Her parents were born in Switzerland. It lists them with 4 children: Mary E. (b. abt 1870-1), W E. (or U E., it's really hard to read - b. abt 1872-3) John Albert (my great great grandfather - b. 2-27-1874), & Frank L (b. abt 1878-1879. Any info would be greatly appreciated!! please help me!!
