where did he settle? i remember my mother mentioning a christian waechter in our family. they settled in oldenburg,in. this a paternal relationship. my grandfather died in 1948. so little is know abot his family. if there is a connection i would appreciate anything you can find out. there is still family there. i live out of state so it makes it very diffcult but i am trying to take up loose ends. judy
