We were fascinated with the name of one of our Thompson ancestore. Among all the Charlies, Walters, James and "regular " names was Demitrius. Then much to my amazement I found that there were , even currently, several Thompsons with the given name Demetrius. Is there any clue to our ancestry in the name Demetrius Thompson. We do know that he was called "Park" but not even where then name came from. If any one with a Demetrius Thompson in their past or present family has a clue We would love to hear it.
