Dear Sirs:
I'm posting this message for a friend in Vietnam, Mr. Dung Ho, who is the biological son to the Lieutenant Colonel Hissman (sp) above. Mr. Hissman served in Vietnam from 1967-68. He was the commander in some capacity of the CORDS program in Quang Tri during the war from 1967-8.
Mr. Hissman has a an aid sargent Mr. Sandovar.
He left Vietnam in 1968, leaving behind a pregnant lady name Do Thi Tran. Ms. Tran is Mr. Ho's mother. Here is a picture of Mr. Hissman, and pictures of Ms. Tran:
