I'm trying to track down the parents and ancestry of Marie Putnam Cote from the St. Leonard, NB, Canada area. She was born circa. 1833 and married Alexandre Desrosiers March 6, 1848 at St. Bruno, Van Buren, Maine. Reportedly their marriage record lists her parents as Nicolas Putnam Cote and Angelique Vaillancourt. Various searches turn up nothing on this couple. Does anyone out there have info. on them and who their parents were.
