Hi Rosanna,
I just found out that my grandmother had a sister named Rose. My father sent me a copy of an old family photo. It shows a very dark-haired woman sitting next to an older gentleman with white hair and mustache. The title is: Cyrille and Melina (Brideau) Vaillancourt. The caption under the picture reads: "Parents of 10 children, 3 boys: Mike (Arimidas), Alphonse, Gerard ~ 7 girls: Rose (Roy), Celina (Morin), Laudevine (Gagnon), Marie (Ginnett), Emelda (Gendreau) & Bertha (Rossignol), & Loretta (Conroy). Another picture shows my grandparents, Joseph and Marie (Vaillancourt) Ginnett, and a third picture shows my great-aunt Emelda (Vaillancourt) Gendreau and her husband Alphy.
