Albert Vadney was my Great Grand father. I believe we may be talking about the same person. I have no birthdate. Died 1933 or 1935 in Albany New York. He worked as a banker. Married Marie Buckley ( Irish )from New Haven Conn. She remarried
They had 5 children
Walter / Russel / Alfred / Catherine and Betty
Catherine was my grand mother born march 3rd 1907in Albany NY
she married Albert Pliskin ( Russian / born in Riga Latvia )on sept 27 1925 in Albany NY
Thet had 4 children together
Leon / Ruth ( Betty ) / Norma / Paul ( my father )
They divorced january 14th 1938
She left the children in custody of Albert who raised them himself. She never contacted the children at anytime nor answered any of their letters.
Catherine remarried a Donald Schottenham and had 2 more children Carol and Donald.
We have no further news of her.
