I am helping my husband research his family history. His great grandmother was Josephine Louise Vaden born in 1863 Toledo, Ohio. Her parents were Joseph Vaden born 1828 in Austria and Anna (unknown maiden) born 1844 Austria. They lived in Toledo (Joseph and Anna) - they were there in the 1880 census but gone before the 1900 one so I'm assuming Joseph and Anna died in Toledo, Ohio between 1880-1900....their daughter Josephine Louise Vaden married William G. Schneider and they lived from 1900 forward in Kenton, Hardin Co., Ohio. Is there anyone who could help me get any further with "these" Vadens in Ohio? Joseph and Anna Vaden's other children were: Emma, Mary, Matilda, Libbie and Bertha (all born between 1863 and 1880) Thanks so much. BJ Shawd bjs5555@hotmail.com
