I am starting a family tree and am looking for our ancestry on my paternal side. My father Normand Vachon died in 1968 at age 24. His father was Rosaire (Rosario) Vachon, born in Senneterre, Quebec on May 14th, 1917, and died in Montreal September 30, 2000. He was married to Rose Aline Poisson and divorced a few years later. His father was Valere Vachon (wife Artimise) and he was killed by a horse while moving furniture. I am trying to locate my grand-fathers brother somewhere in Quebec, but in the meantime any information would be helpfull. I am looking for my great-great grand parents and where they would have immigrated from. Thanks!
