I have two original old photos of Uber ancestors which I would like to get back to family members.
Edna Uber's photo is on a postcard, sent from Hartford (Washington Co.) WI on August 7, 1910. 1900 census shows her born Aug 1891, and that she was dau of Fred and Anna Uber. In the 1910 census, Edna is age 18 and a teacher.
The photo of "Crystal Uber" was taken in about the 1870s, and it is a carte de visite photo card, taken in Milwaukee, showing a girl about age 20. The 1880 Washington Co., WI census shows a Christiana, age 29 - which would match the approximate age of Crystal - and in 1880 and 1900, she was the wife of Charles Uber. In 1900, her name is listed as "Tina", and her year of birth is Nov 1850.
