I am looking for descendants of Charley (Charles?) Tack he married Martha 'Mattie' Shaver daughter of the famous American Portait painter Samuel Moore Shaver (1816-1878). Charley and Mattie lived in St. Louis Illinois in the late 1860's to the 1870's. I am a descendant of Mattie's mother's family the Powel's
