I am interested in any information about Jefferson Tacey, b. abt. 1828, who was the son of George W. Tacey, who I see is mentioned in other postings. Jefferson married Maud Matilda Robson, my great great aunt, in Bridlington, in 1848. They emigrated to USA, and I believe Jefferson's father went with them. My aunt can still recite by heart the poems that Maud wrote during the stormy crossing, as they were passed down through the family. Any information gratefully received.
