""To my sister Elizabeth 20s; to her son William , 10s. ""

The St. Werburg parish register shows a christening of Elizabeth Taberer 22 Jul. 1609, daughter of William. No proof, but I strongly suspect this was the sister William provided for in his will. If so, that might provide some documentation for my listing of him as a son of William Taberer whose wife was Frances. The register does not show a christening for William, however. Frances Taberer, wife of William, was buried from St. Werburgh Oct. 15, 1637. Obviously not our William who d. 1652 leaving wife Ann.

And from the LDS Vital Records Index - British Isles, I find William Tabarar christened 12 Sept 1618 at St. Werburgh, son of William. I suspect this is the oldest child named in that will, and obviously not the son of Ann Hallowes Taberer. But....no proof!
