My Gr. Gr. Grandfather was Sylvestor Tabereaux. In earlier census records he goes by (Sylverain,Sylvire,Sylvere) Taburiaux. He came from Belgium. He lost his first wife on the way to America and had to bury her at sea. He later married Delilah McGaha my Gr. Gr. Grandmother. I can't find anything on his parents, any help would be appreciated. I have info on his daughter's line Georgia Ann Tabereaux who married James Lewis.
