Tabar - Jewish or not?

Hi,

My mother's maiden name is Tabar and I am trying to find out more about the history on her side of the family.

The main question I am trying to discover is whether I am Jewish or not. Are Tabars predominately Jewish of origin? No one in my family seems willing to talk about it.

My mother's mother (Dolores) was born in Bucharest, Romania around 1908. Dolores was married to Daniel and gave birth to my mother (Maria/Mya) and my uncle Gabriel. The family lived in Israel and Spain for a while before coming to England.

If there are relatives or any Tabars at all who can shed light on my Tabar family history please get in touch and tell me what you know.
