Does anyone know how to contact Fr. Alexis Saathoff? Several years ago he posted some information on the rootsweb Saathoff surname mailing list that indicated he is a descendant of Harry Saathoff b. March 28, 1858 in Hesel Germany. Harry married Elizabeth Steinhagen in Peoria, Ill on December 16, 1881. They lived in Trenton, Clinton Co. Illinois and had 13 Children one of which was Weert. This is the family I am searching for. His posting was directed to a John Franks who apparently was researching the same family. If you know how to contact him or have other information pertaining to this family please contact me.
