John Rains and John Garner families 1800's N.C-Tn-Tx

John D. Rains br Tn, married Rhudi Garner in San Augustine Tx in 1842. They are on the 1850 census with 4 children.
They moved to Corpus Christi Tx by 1860 census.
Rhudi Garner was born in N.C.

Need info on Rhudi's parents, John and Mary Garner.
John Garner was born in N.C 1798 and Mary was born S.C. in 1800's. Believe they were married in Tn as 3 children were born in Tn one in Tx. John Rains and John Garner also served as confederate soliders in Texas.
