Howdy! I'm looking for a James Rains, born about 1770 plus or minus 10 years, lived in Canada (Twillingate or Fogo, Newfoundland) in the 1790s. Wife: Mary, daughter Mary, born 1799, Fogo, Newfoundland, Canada. No idea where James was born, or who his parents were. Same for the wife, Mary Rains. Any help appreciated.
