Ira W. Rabren was born in S.C. 1820.
Enlisted in Lawhons Company, Bat. of the Ga. Volunteers. Ira is then found in Pike Co. Al.
where he married Manda Murfes. Approx. 1842-1844 Ira married Eliza Garrett.
Ira was then found on the 1847 Walton County Fl. tax list. Found in Pike county census again in 1850. Next I found Ira on the 1860 Clark Co. Mississippi 1860 census. Then the next census finding was on the 1870 Covington Co. Al.

Ira's last name has been spelled, Raiburn, Raibourn, Raburn, and Rayburn. The spelling Rabren first shows up on the 1900 census.
