I just discovered your interest in the Rabenold family. I am wondering if my spelling of Rabenaldt and yours might somehow be the same family. So far, I have traced them to the Saxony Anhalt area, southwest of Halle, Germany. My great grandfather brought his family to South Texas in 1886. I have traced the direct family back to the middle 1700's and they are still in the same general area. Would like to hear from you. Patsy Hand, Victoria, TX
