Len Raab and Titus Kellogg

Dear Len Raab:

I'm looking to make contact with a Len Raab who posted on some genealogical web sites in 2000 and 2001 brief information about the Kellogg family line. I am very interesting in gathering information about the Kellogg family. My great grandmother was Sarah Lavenna Kellogg who married John Elsefer Sharp II in 1857 in Charleston, Portage County, Ohio.

Your postings had to do with a Moses Kellogg who gave issue to Titus Kellogg (born 1767), who gave issue to another Titus (born 1797). The second Titus married Lucy Fletcher.

I have information a Missouri born Titus Kellogg whose son was John Benjamin Kellogg, Sr. (born 17820 and John Benjamin Kellogg, Jr., born 1817). Both of the Johns died in Texas in 1836, but the younger Kellogg died as a Texan fighting in the Alamo in March 1836. I have some further descendant information on John Benjamin Kellogg III, etc.

As a fifth generation Texan, I would be very interested if I could connect that Alamo soldier's line with my other Kellogg line. My postings on the Kellogg line go pretty far back into Europe to one Nicholas Kellogg. There is a Kellogg PDF book posted in the Genealogy page of my Home Web site if you are interested in browsing it.

If you are the Len Raab with Kellogg connections that you could share with me, I'd be greatly interested in continued communication with you and comparing notes. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your attention.

D. A.
