Hi Fred,
I saw your post on Rachel Quam. I have a Rachel Quam in my family, born 1855/57 married to Lewis Schlanbush. She died in St.Paul, Ramsey CO. MN. One other name in you post, Sina. My ggrandmother Larsine Schlanbush (Askevold) was called 'Sina' by the family, and the name on her grave says Sina Askevold. Could there be a link? Sina is a rare name?
Does your family have any links to LaSalle Co Ill. or Chicago area?
