Our geneology trace kind of stops after this:
All resided in Wayne or Hardin County Tennessee.
John Qualls born 1798 North Carolina, died after 1860 Harden County, Tenn. Married to (probably) Marry Polly Lamb circa 1821 probably in Wayne County,Tenn. She was born in Tenn in 1805 and died before 1878.
They had 13 children based on census records:
1. William R. Qualls 1822-1907 wifes Elizabeth Mooore and Jane Huggins.
2. Henry Qualls born 1824-? wife Angeline Austin
3. Sarah Qualls-Austin 1826-?.
4.Marry(Poppy)Qualls-Seaton 1827-?.
5. Martha (1829)Qualls,wife of Archibald Sanders Austin.
6. Archibald Qualls 1831-1887 wife Rachel Austin.
7. Levica 1833-?
8.John M. Qualls 1835-?
9.James Calvin Qualls 1837-? married 2x Rebecca Huggins and Mary Jane Gantt.
10. Andrew J. Qualls 1838-? wife Nancy.
11.Nancy Qualls 1840-after 1870 married James Lard.
12. Thomas J. Qualls 1842-died in Harden Co.Tenn wife Judy Austin second wife Vicey A. Haynes.
13. Anna Qualls-Austin 1843-1868/9 husband White M."Mack" Austin.
Any info would be appreciated...this is as far back as we can get!
