William Pennington and Bridget Hodgson

I'm looking for information on William Pennington and Bridget Hudgson (also seen her named spelled Bridgett Hodgson), who were married on May 21, 1738, possibly in Kendal, Westmorland, England. They had 11 children:

William Lewis (June 12, 1739 - ?)
Elizabeth (December 1, 1740 - ?)
James (April 1743 - ?)
William (May 1745 - ?)
Bridget (September 14, 1747 - ?)
Amelia (July 19, 1749 - ?)
Joseph (June 10, 1750 - September 7, 1833)
Robert (April 5, 1752 - ?)
Jane (November 4, 1753 - ?)
Lewis (May 21, 1755 - ?)
Amy (April 20, 1757 - ?)

William (May 1745) had a son named William, who had a son named Albert (born 1810), who had a son named Walter William Pennington (1846 - 1885).

Walter William Pennington was an Anglican minister from Devon, England. He married Kathleen Constantia Tunaley, and had a daughter, Maud Edith Pennington (1875 - 1914). Maud is buried in Beaverbank, Nova Scotia, Canada with her husband, Frederick William Grove (1865 - 1953).

William and Bridget's date of marriage and children were apparently listed in their family bible, dated around 1708, but this hasn't been confirmed. The connection between William and Bridget's family and Walter William Pennington hasn't been confirmed, either.

If anyone has any information on these people, please let me know.
