Hi Donna,
Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I have tried to request the death certificate and was told that there was no death record for a Mary E Parsons. I live here in Vigo County and I have a copy of the obituary and have also been to the cemetery where she is buried. It really confuses me that there was an obituary in the Terre Haute newspaper stating she died here but I was told there is no death certificate. It's very aggravating. :-)
I will keep looking. Thanks again for your response though.
