Hello - I have just puchased an auction lot with a huge amount of correspondence from Albion Parsons (mid 1800's) and his son Louis Alexander Parsons, Physics Prof. at gettysburg, datig from 1895 throiugh 1947, chronicling his ollege, the great depression, and ww 11. He appears to have had a daughter late in life, as the letters end with his appealing to the US govt. to be able to keep his son-inlaw out of the war to run his retirement farm. I would love for these papers, if useful, to return to an heir. Thanks much.
