Pottinger. He was born in St. Andrews, Orkney, Scotland on 17 Dec 1865, not 1866. And he is the son of Peter C. POTTINGER & Mary FORBES m. on 28 Oct 1859 Westray & Papa-Westray, Orkney, Scotland.
