Hi

I'm trying to find out who the father of Joel Packard is. Born 1797. He had a brother Silas,William, and sister Millie. The info I have is that he was born in Pelham, Mass. and lived in Bradford Co. PA and was married to Esther Sylvia Avery. I see others have posted similar messages searching the father of these people a few years back and I was wondering if anyone has found anything new since.
