> Nathaniel born 1739 m. to Sarah Snow and Anna Stone. He was born 02-Aug-1730 [MD 15:170; BridgewaterVR 1:246]. BridgewaterVR 2:534 says that Nathaniel and Sarah's eldest son Zadock "removed with his family to the State of New Hampshire about the year 1818." In his "History of Bridgewater," p. 270, in the entry for Nathaniel, Mitchell says "They all went to Lebanon, N. H." but does not say when. Different parts of Nathaniel's family removed to NH at different times. In addition to the two sons born to Nathaniel and Sarah, BridgewaterVR shows two sons born to Nathaniel and Anna, and West BridgewaterVR records the 1762 baptism of their daughter Sarah. Mitchell shows two other sons without dates, Zachariah and Nathaniel, for whom I have not found birth or baptism records. It would seem that Nathaniel and his family removed to NH after 1762. > Also, my direct link is to his youngest son, Wm. Howe Packard.. > 19 Feb. 1788 Conway, Norfolf Ct., Ma. This is not clear to me - 1788 would seem too late for a son born to Nathaniel and Anna (Stone) Packard. Also, Conway (incorporated in 1767) was in Hampshire Co. until 1811, and since then has been in Franklin Co. It was never part of Norfolk Co. Dale H.
