Al,
I contacted a volunteer with the Colorado Free look-up
at GeneaSearch and this is what she writes.
Pacheco, Jose Romero, Hilaria marrie 29 May 1893
Las Animas, cert 1858 parents are not listed on
the CD nor are they listed on teh marriage certificate
in Colorado. Best to keep searching the 1880 and 1900
census. Do you have access to the census records? or
are you familiar with the Family History Library?
I hurt my back and can't sit at the computer more
than a few minutes so I can't help much right now.
If you are familiar with the records at the FHL, maybe
you can check out the baptism records for their
children. maybe the grandparents are named.
Keep looking, you never know what's around the corner.
