Looking for information on the family of Alvah H. O'Dowd and Lena More. He was a furniture dealer and mayor of Weston, MO, at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th; moved to Kansas City, where he served 2 years as a police commissioner, and also was in furniture business there. He died 1942. Lena Moore was daughter of Benjamin Franklin Moore. I've found references to O'Dowd's children. Where they children of an earlier marriage by O'Dowd to someone else? Any help appreciated.
