The 1910 doesn't actually say if she is married. It says she was married 1 time. Possibly they were separated or he was working away from home. I had an ancestor who was mad at her husband and stayed with her mother for awhile. It was during the census and it said she was a widow! Later, they went back together.
Here is a possible death record for Maurice if he died before 1910.
