Have you contacted anyone in that county? They have a USgenweb page and there may be volunteers there. Also consider contacting the county or city library and/or genealogy society. There are usually lookups in those places or someone who will look for a small fee. Also consider going to RAOGK and seeing if there is a lookup there for that county. This one is free.
