I'm helping my husband's nieces with researching their O'Donohue/Donohue family in Illinois. One family member is listed on several census' as Katherine O'Donohue O'Connor, married but living in the Chicago home of her father, Jeffery O'Donohue. Her husband is not living in the O'Donohue household. Her obit, dated April 1951, shows her as the widow of Maurice O'Connor. Is this the same Maurice O'Connor who is profiled in the book, "Biographical History of the American Irish in Chicago", page 762 & dated 1897? His profile mentions a daughter but does not refer to a wife. FYI-the profile has quite a bit of info that may be of interest to O'Connor researchers. The book can be found on Archive.org.
