Rebecca who married Martin V. Batchelor is the d/o Robert Carson Obar b 1819 d. 1881 and Malinda Burks b. 1819. Other siblings are Mary Jane b 1843, Christopher C b 1856, Thomas Lee Willington Obar b 1859. Malinda Burks Obar is a sister to my ancester, Nancy Burks who m. Alexander Obar who is a brother to Robert Carson Obar. Alexander and Robert Carson are sons of John Obar and Mary Elizabeth ?.
Info I have is that Malinda and Nancy were d/o Thomas K Burks and Jane ?
