Born on April 28th, 1866 "near Parkhill" Ontario. Any suggestions on how to search for records? Another person years ago, kindly suggested that "near Parkhill" most likely meant Bornish West Williams. I am fairly certain he was Roman Catholic. He left Canada on May 8th, 1880 crossing by ferry from Sarnia to Port Huron. He lists last foreign residence as Britania Mine, B.C. I am confused about that part. Would that have meant a trip to B.C before arriving to settle in Superior Wisconsin where he remained, until his death in 1945?
I have not one solid piece of information about who his parents or siblings were. Just a birthdate, and "near Parkhill" as clues (unless the trait of really blue eyes passed down all these generations counts also as a clue). I really appreciate anyone taking the time to read this or suggest anything. Thank you, Neil.
