Hello Claire;
This Anthony MacPhee was a brother to two of my g-grandfathers. I've been working on this family for years. His mother was actually Ann Morrison and not Ann MacDonald.I've recently been in contact with another one of his descendants although she's not sure we're talking about the same person. All that came down through her family was that her g-grandfather was Anthony and so was her grandfather.The rest she got from the Internet (Ancestry.com, etc) so you can't blame her for being cautious.
Are you saying that this Elizabeth was related to Anthony? Donald and Ann had about 12 children and probably over half of them or their descendants ended up in East Boston. I've never heard of an Elizabeth in that generation but that doesn't mean there wasn't one. As far as I know there were three daughters, Mary, Margaret and Theresa. The only one I'm not quite sure of was Theresa and there was a family story that she may have married a Cameron but I think it may have been an O'Handley. Theresa is the only one I can find absolutly no records for so I may be wrong about her.
Rod MacPhee.
