Hugh McPhee born on 1 May 1830 to John McPhee b. 1794 in Scotland and Catherine Cameron b. 1796 in Scotland and married Elizabeth Duffus born to John Duffus and Elizabeth Farrow on 18 Sept 1838 either in Scotland or Ontario Canada. She died 7 May 1933 in Huron County Ontario Canada. He died 13 July 1917.
They had the following 6 children that I know of:
1)Alan Alexander McPhee b. 7 Sept 1868 married Johanna Clare on 17 Sept 1894. (these are my Great Grandparents
2)Ada Elizabeth McPhee b. 1 Jun 1869 she married Frederick Robinson.
3) Hugh D. McPhee b. 3 Jan 1871
4) Charles McPhee b. 21 May 1873 he married Nellie E. Ramsay
5) Catharine McPhee b. 23 Jun 1876 she married Ignatz Beninger
6) James McPhee 12 Nov 1880 he married Ethel Thorton.
