Brad, thanks for your message. It seems this John McNinch in the will to which you refer is the brother of the Isabella I'm looking for since he refers to his sister Isabella Wham (her married name). This will also indicates another brother, Samuel and several other people; all of this helps a bit, but not with the name of their father. He most likely had already passed away by the time this will was written. One day I hope to put all these little puzzle pieces together.
