Anyone out there with links to parishes north of Inverness, such as Petty, Ardersier, Nairn, Croy & Dalcross? My own research is centered on Alexander McIntyre (flourised 1780's in Petty), James McIntyre born 1788 Petty, Duncan(1819-91)in Ardersier, Andrew(1850-1924)of Nairn & London, William Wilson McIntyre(1876-1917)Nairn & London. Other associated names in the Petty parish area are Johnston, McIntosh, Wishart and Rose.
If any names sound familiar please contact me but in any case I have much information pertaining to other McIntyre families in the area and would be happy to check through my data for anyone.
Happy new Millennium to all worldwide McIntyres and their families
